This is a contract between Enavant Research LLP (“ENAVANT” or “We, “we” or “Us”, us” or “Our, our”) and you (“You”, “you” or “Your”, “your”), a User. "User/ “Users" shall mean any individual who visits, accesses and registers on the App or avails of our services on the App.
ENAVANT is the owner and operator of this game “LACTORICK’s SPACE ADVENTURE” (“App”) which is a game played on Mobile Devices
BY ACCESSING, USING, INSTALLING OR DOWNLOADING THE APP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY NOTICE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APP THEN DO NOT USE THE APP.
You agree that your use of the App implies your consent to the collection, retention, processing and use of your Personal Data (as defined below) in accordance with the terms of this privacy Notice ("Privacy Notice").

LACTORICK’s SPACE ADVENTURE is an offline mobile game playable by all ages. The Mobile App game will be downloaded using an official Apple Store and Google Play Store.

We do not collect or retain any Personal data. There are no free text input areas within the App through which the user can provide us with any personal information.
As mentioned, you can use many of the App’s features without providing us with personal data. While we do not collect any personal data in principle, there may be a view that the below might be referred to as Personal Data. The legal basis for processing data for most part is Consent and where applicable other Legitimate Uses where Consent is not required.

The security testing on the game has been done and the game is free to any viruses. The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your Personal Data submitted to us. We will have appropriate technical and security measures on our App. We use industry standard technical and organizational measures to secure Your Personal Data.
Although we make reasonable efforts to store and collect your Personal Data in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public, you should understand that there is no such thing as complete security, and we do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of your Personal Data. If we become aware that your Personal Data has been disclosed in a manner not in accordance with this Privacy Notice, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you of the nature and extent of such disclosure (to the extent we know that Personal Data) as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by applicable law.

Your duties and obligations as a User are as follows:

- You must not impersonate any other

- You must not register false and frivolous cases
- You must furnish information that is verifiably authentic
- STORAGE, TRANSFER & RETENTION OF DATA
We do not store any of your Personal Data and hence do not have any storage or retention obligations.

- UPDATES AND CHANGES TO PRIVACY NOTICE
We may amend or update or change this Privacy Notice from time to time entirely at our own discretion to reflect new practices or technologies that impact use of the App. We recommend that you review this Privacy Notice on a routine basis to view any changes. The date of the last revision or update appears at the bottom. Your use of the App after any such amendment or change in the Privacy Notice shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms and You also agree to be bound by such changed/amended terms.

- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Notice is governed by the laws of India. Any claim related to any dispute arising as a result of the App or under this Privacy Notice will be made before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Bangalore.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Privacy Notice and the Terms & Conditions of the App constitute the entire agreement between You and ENAVANT and govern your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements between You and ENAVANT.
